Bridgett Moran

Bridgett graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2000 with her Bachelor's Degree in Family Relations and Child Development.  Bridgett has also received a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from The University of the Southwest.  She works with children, adolescents, young adults and their families; addressing issues regarding adjustment disorders, anger, anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression and mood disorders, divorce, family issues, grief, PTSD, social skills, trauma/ abuse and parenting skills training.  She offers a variety of evidence-based therapy services such as: cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, play therapy, sandtray therapy and art modalities.  She stays informed by the latest research in neuroscience and interpersonal neurobiology, integrating this through psycho education.  Bridgett utilizes an empathic strength-based and family systems perspective to assist her clients, young and old, to effect positive change in their familial and interpersonal relationships and life functioning.
